Outdoor group classes Leuven
Group classes are open to everyone: from beginners to seasoned athletes. The exercises are clearly explained in advance and adapted to your level. The classes are small so everyone can be properly supervised with personal attention and tips.
Current timetable of group classes
A weekly changing circuit with more varied strength exercises for the whole body. A complete class that targets all muscle groups to get stronger and fitter.
A class where cardio blocks are alternated with short blocks of core. The CoCa focuses on improving your fitness and strengthening the lower back and abdominal muscles.
This class is a healthy mix of both strength and cardio. During the strength working block you will be actively coached, while you work at your own pace during the cardio block.
As a member, you can register for group classes via the app.
